Infeed or outfeed
An infeed chute or hopper delivers bulk product onto the belt. An outfeed chute takes it off into a bin, a container or the next piece of equipment.
01Engineered solution
Bulk product has to get onto a conveyor, and off it again, without spilling or needing someone to guide it. Chutes and hoppers are the simplest and cheapest way to do both.

02What they are
Infeed and outfeed chutes and hoppers can be added to the conveyor platforms to handle bulk product entering or leaving a line. They are an easy and economical way to deal with the two points where product is most likely to spill or stall.
Each one is made to fit the conveyor it serves, so it mounts without modifications to the conveyor itself. That matters when the chute is added later to a line already running.
Chutes and hoppers are available in stainless steel or aluminium depending on the application requirements, so a washdown line and a general industrial line are not forced into the same specification.
03Specification
Short list, because a chute is a simple component. Getting these right is most of the job.
An infeed chute or hopper delivers bulk product onto the belt. An outfeed chute takes it off into a bin, a container or the next piece of equipment.
Stainless where the line is washed down or the product is food contact; aluminium where it is not, and weight or cost matters more.
Each chute or hopper is custom made so it mounts to the conveyor without any modification to the conveyor frame.
