Lift gates: easy walk-through access.
Lift gates offer easy walk-through access while optimizing part handling, especially where no elevation is needed. The end of the belt lifts up and locks into place, limiting the need for crossovers or catwalks and providing easy access beyond the machine. Product can accumulate while the belt is locked, or the belt can be shut off completely to protect personnel and product quality.

Z-Frame conveyors
Designed with one or two pivot points, Z-Frame (also called low-profile Z-frame, LPZ) conveyors are among the most well-known elevation solutions, freeing up floor space and navigating around obstacles such as other machines. Cleated belts or friction insert chains keep products secure during steep, steady inclines or declines.

Belt over belt conveyors
For soft, flexible or unevenly-shaped products, belt over belt is often more effective than a cleated belt, which risks damage, product loss and clean-up. Two flexible polyurethane belts, one over the other, grip the product to create a secure pocket, providing stability, orientation and spacing during elevation.

Flexible chain conveyors
Models like FlexMove Helix and FlexMove Alpine make tight turns and steep inclines for optimal efficiency and space-saving, limiting the number of conveyors a facility needs thanks to custom infeed and outfeed lengths.
