02 Overview

Pallet Handling Systems.

A pallet system carries a fixture, not a product. That changes the requirement: the pallet has to stop in a repeatable place, be located accurately enough for a machine to work on it, and then release.

Dual timing-belt tracks with steel cords carry the pallet, with stop, lift-and-locate and rotate modules placed along the route.

Lift-and-locate modules put the pallet where a machine expects it, not approximately there.

Published capacities separate non-accumulating from accumulated load, because they are very different numbers.
