01About Roarer
We start from the movement, not the catalogue.
Roarer specifies, supplies and supports conveyor systems for production, packaging and material-handling lines. The platform is chosen after the application is understood, which is the opposite order to picking a conveyor and hoping the product suits it.
02What we do
Conveyor systems, specified against a real line.
Most conveyor problems are specification problems. Product geometry, weight, surface, throughput, environment and the machines either side all decide what will work, and all of them come before a model number.

03How we work
Four steps, in this order.
Nothing is quoted until the movement is defined, and nothing is confirmed verbally that is not also written into the order documents.
Define the movement
Product, environment, throughput, route and the equipment either side. What has to happen, and to what, at what rate.
Specify the platform
Frame, belt format, drive, controls and transfers selected against that application, with the trade-offs stated rather than hidden.
Supply the system
A written quotation setting out configuration, delivery and commercial terms. Those documents, not this website, are what you order against.
Support the line
Installation, maintenance training, planned maintenance and replacement parts specified against the equipment actually installed.
