A miniature belt platform built to fit inside machinery rather than beside it. A flush frame lets product transfer off the side, and the whole conveyor is sized in 3 mm steps so it fits the gap you actually have.

02 Overview
1100 Miniature Conveyors.
The 1100 is the platform you reach for when there is no room for a conveyor. It fits inside machinery and equipment, and its flush frame allows product to transfer off the side rather than only off the end.
Lengths are specified in 3 mm (1/8 in) increments, so the conveyor is built to the gap rather than the gap being built around a standard length.

A centre drive pulley lets the conveyor run longer without moving the drive to the end, where space may not exist.

Fits inside equipment
The platform is designed to sit within machinery rather than alongside it, which is usually where the space problem is.
Flush frame
The flush frame allows side transfers, so product can leave the belt anywhere along its length.
Built to the gap
Lengths in 3 mm (1/8 in) increments from 268 mm to 1,829 mm.
Spring tensioned
The belt is spring tensioned around the drive pulley for 180° of wrap, so tracking holds without manual adjustment.

Belt speed is published as 70 ft/min (21 m/min). The source platform page also carried "80 fpm (21 m/min)", which is internally inconsistent; the figure consistent with the metric value and with the drive sub-pages is used here.
