01AM-C Curved Modular Chain Conveyor
The curved AM-C with plastic modular chain is the right solution to convey products through a curve without a change to their orientation on the belt. The model can be made to measurement for any angle between 15 and 180° that has to be bridged
- It comes in a very slim design. Because of the small inner radius it can be used in confined spaces. The frame is only 18 mm wider than the chain itself. Also at the deflecting roller, the brackets only add 44 mm of width. The whole height including the chain is only 95 mm
- In 4 to 6 days the AM-C can be produced in 4 different chain widths between 147 and 607 mm
- Ist plastic modular chain can be easily cleaned and is especially hard wearing. Any broken or worn links can be exchanged individually, which allows rapid maintenance
- Before and after the curved part itself, a straight part should always be planned in to guarantee a smooth running of the belt. The minimum length is 500 mm each. Longer straight distances can of course also be included in the layout
- Belt widths
- 147, 301, 454 and 607 mm. Other widths are available upon request
02AM-F Flat Belt Conveyor
The AM-F with plastic modular chain comes in a very slim design. Thus the frame is only 14 mm wider than the chain. Also at the defecting roller the brackets add only 40 mm of width. The whole height including the chain is only 95 mm
- It can be made within 24 hours in any length between 500 and 6000 mm
- There are 4 different belt widths between 152 and 607 mm to choose from
- The modular plastic chain is very easy to clean and especially hard wearing. Any broken or worn links can be exchanged, which allows rapid maintenance
- Longer or lager versions should use the appropriate numer of two-legged aluminium supports as shown above

03AM-K Angled Belt Conveyor
The AM-K is a particularly robust flexible belt conveyor
- AM-K Angled Modular Chain Conveyor
- Its aluminium frame is 95 mm high and provided with groove profiles which can be used for easily attaching any accessories
- As a standard, the belt conveyor AM-K is equipped with a cleated chain made of plastic modules, lateral guide rails and a feeding hopper with a fall-back flap
- The standard height of the side guides is 50 mm, upon request, however, it can also be delivered in other heights
- The length of the horizontal and inclined parts can be adjusted to the individual application. However, a total length of 4 metres should not be exceeded
- From the ground, the angle of inclination of the AM-K can be adjusted in steps of 5° between 40° and 60°
04AM-R Inclined Belt Conveyor
The inclined belt conveyor AM-R is a particularly robust belt conveyor
- AM-R Inclined Modular Chain Conveyor
- Its aluminium frame is 95 mm high and provided with groove profiles which can be used for easily attaching any accessories
- As a standard, the belt conveyor AM-R is equipped with a cleated chain made of plastic modules, lateral guide rails and a feeding hopper with a fall-back flap. The cleats may be 1, 2 or 3 inches high and their distance on the conveyor between one another can be freely selected in 1-inch steps
- The plastic module chains of the AM-R have been approved by the FDA and are easy to clean. In addition, they are particularly hard-wearing and easy to maintain thanks to the possibility of replacing individual links
- The two pivotable double stands made of aluminium, which are displayed here together with the belt conveyor AM-R, are infinitely adjustable in height. For an optimal positioning the stand on the feed end is equipped with small fixed rollers. The stand on the discharge end is provided with two dead stop safety wheels. Alternatively, the AM-R can also be used with a mobile H-shaped pillar stand

05AM-Z-W Z-Belt Conveyor
The AM-Z-W is a particularly robust flexible belt conveyor
- AM-Z-W Z-Shaped Modular Chain Conveyor
- Its aluminium frame is 95 mm high and provided with groove profiles which can be used for easily attaching any accessories
- As a standard, the belt conveyor AM-Z-W is equipped with a cleated chain made of plastic modules and co-running side plates. A hopper with a fall-back flap is mounted on the feed end
- The length of the top and bottom horizontal and inclined parts can be adjusted to the individual application. However, a total length of 4 metres should not be exceeded. From the ground, the angle of inclination of the AM-Z-W can be adjusted in steps of 5° between 40° and 60°
- The cleats may be 1, 2 or 3 inches high and their distance on the conveyor between one another can be freely selected in 1-inch steps. The plastic module chains of the AM-K have been approved by the FDA and are easy to clean. In addition, they are particularly hard-wearing and easy to maintain thanks to the possibility of replacing individual links
- As a standard, the horizontal part is provided with small rollers as support to enable an easy movement of the belt conveyor. A double stand can be inserted in the inclined part, as shown in the figure above. A mobile H-shaped pillar stand can also be used. All stand systems are infinitely adjustable in height
06EM-C Curved Modular Chain Conveyor
The curved EM-C with plastic modular chain and a stainless steel frame is the right solution to convey products through a curve in any hygienically critical environment. For the curved part any angle between 15 and 180° can be made
- Additionally the EM-C comes in a very slim design. Because of the small inner radius it can be used in confined spaces. The frame is only 16 mm wider than the chain itself. And at the deflecting roller, the brackets only add 52 mm of width. The whole height including the chain is only 95 mm
- As a standard the EM-C can be produced in 4 different chain widths between 147 and 607 mm with a lead time of only a few days
- Its plastic modular chain can be easily cleaned and is especially hard wearing. Any broken or worn links can be exchanged individually, which allows rapid maintenance

07EM-F Flat Belt Conveyor
The EM-F with plastic modular chain has a completely closed stainless steel frame. The chain can have a closed surface like shown in the picture on the left or it can be an open chain. Thus the EM-F is a good solution for the transport of still unpacked or already packed food stuff. But it also meets the high hygienical standards of pharmaceutical and chemical industry

- The side plates can have a height of 1, 2 or 3 inches
